Brilliant staff. Very friendly and welcoming. The dentist takir mian made me feel very relaxed as I had bad experience with a dentist when I was small. I currently have a complaint going through for various things, cancelled appointments, false information given, lied too, wrong prices charged the list goes on and the practise manager does not know what good customer service is. He is rude, impatient and just not a nice man. The dentist, dental nurse and receptionist we saw yesterday were amazing and very helpful but yet again the practise manager showed up and let the team down. Some staff are ok. Continue cancelling appointments, blaming the lab. When I ask to speak with the manager I been told they are not allowed to give the manager contact. They said the manager will call me. Manager never contacted me. Upfront payment treatment I will say. Very unhappy
