Best dental practice I've experienced, and it is refreshing to have the same dentist every time as my previous dental practice had an extremely high staff turnover. Myself and my children have been under Ricardo for the last few years and he is a great dentist, always explains everything to us. Yesterday I called for an emergency appointment due to a tooth infection, first thing on a Monday morning, and they fitted me in within 2 hours. Great service, thank you.
I have been going to The Willows now for a few years, and have always had a really good experience. The reception staff have always been polite, helpful, and welcoming. My dentist, Chris, is both professional and friendly, and I feel completely confident in his care. I saw Kamal for the first time yesterday, and he did an excellent job of ensuring I was comfortable and talked me through each step, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend!
