Great service! All the staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help. The receptionists are very nice :-) The rude receptionist is not working here any more. Would 100% recommend to anyone!

Awful! Closed voicemail is on when the practice should be open. The staff are rude and don’t care about the children’s treatment or aftercare. They don’t want to see parents and if there is a problem ask us to leave child in pain for next appointment (in 2months!) the receptionist is the worst! Telling patients it’s normally and just to wait like others and actually rude. Avoid if you can- have fed back to my dental practice who have confirmed they have heard so many bad feedback and will look at another orthodontic
