Went into Asda cafe at the Hereford store on 9/3/26. Must say what an absolute joke of a place. 2 Scruffy looking youth’s behind the counter supposedly serving customers with bad attitudes towards customers no appropriate uniforms on for that type of environment ie hairnets and aprons. No sandwich’s on offer just a couple of rolls cooked food was dry and appearance awful coffee Luke warm served in disposable cups tables left unclean and dirty. Asda management need to get a grip of the cafe
Done a shop here this afternoon and met a member of staff on the self checkout named mandy.she was a pleasure to meet and had a little boogie with me. Its so lovely to have staff interact with you instead of being grumpy. Hope to see you again sometime mandy.xx
I shop here often because it is handy, plus it is quite a large store with a wide range of goods. Price wise it is ok but not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl. Good sized car park, free for three hours, also handy if you want to pop into town. However it can become gridlocked during very busy times and can take ages to exit! There is a nice enough cafe inside plus a competitive fuel station, however today it was closed because they had run dry! There is a soft plastic recycling point in the entrance/exit
Had no option but to nip in here for a pee and a pitstop with the ankle biters :0) Easy to park. Plenty of spaces. The toilets were clean, and the changing room was full of all our needs, which impressed me. The cafe was a good size, the prices were reasonable and the cups were huge, it was like drinking a bucket of coffee! Much needed, though. The coffee was lively, and the staff and service were great. It wasn't too busy and we all left happy.
