Had some extensive dentistry done at this practice at very short notice, and although I unfortunately had to go private , the service i received was first class and very professional .
I had an appointment this week to have my filling redone, and although I'm extremely anxious to have dental surgery carried out, Scott and Joanne were absolutely fantastic and made sure I was comfortable and pain free every step of the way during the procedure. Thank you for making what would be an uncomfortable time for me, a lot more pleasant than what I thought it would be.
I was at the practice this morning with my 17 year old son who had toothache we seen a dentist called Yasmin who x rayed his tooth and said it had decay she then proceeded to raise her voice asking me why he had not had a check up in a while I was trying to explain he had been back and forwards to their other practice having braces fitted she ignored what I was trying to say and repeatedly kept talking to me like I was a bad parent her attitude was disgusting and very unprofessional the way she spoke to me with a raised voice was very annoying and she takes over me when I tried to speak I’m…
Janice . I have been a patient at this dentist for over 30 years went in to book an appointment for a check up as hadn’t been contacted for a long time. Informed that I’m no longer on their books as it’s down to the patient to get in touch with them. Never had ANY correspondence or the courtesy of a telephone call to inform me of these changes, nothing . The system used to be they’d contact you for the 6 monthly check up then it went to 9 months then apparently it stopped, we all no why it was stopped but dare not say.
