Hebburn Dental Clinic

I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The dentist and staff more specifically Goran and Ellie were very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly, and the treatment was gentle and efficient. The clinic was clean and well-organised, and I really appreciated how welcoming the team was. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dentist.

Had a terrible experience at this dental practice, wouldn’t send my worst enemy. Attended as an emergency for severe dental Pain. Was greeted by a lovely caring and compassionate receptionist but sadly that’s where the positive experience ended. Was seen by a dentist “Goran” and was going to have an extraction. He gave me a local anesthetic which didn’t work properly and I told him I could still feel pain from the tooth. He tried to inject more local into what felt like the tooth itself and the pain was excruciating. I let out a cry from this pain, he carried on and so I let out another…

Very good experience here, Ellie and Goran were excellent and made me feel very comfortable!
