This reception at my Dentalessence Practice are always welcoming. My dentist personally greets me and I feel relaxed and at ease. He is always reassuring and informative about the procedure. I never feel anxious about coming here.
First treatment with hygienist and was very pleased. Cleaning was both painless and very thorough particularly important for me as I have a very high build up of calcium. The hygienist also gave me some very useful tips to help prevent gum infection.
It was our first visit at Dentalessence, We had an excellent and amazing experience there. The environment was clean and clinically well equipped. Dentalessence Haywards Heath have the best Staff ever, from the receptionist to the Dentist, We had a wonderful customer service. There was no unnecessary delay. Our Children's teeth was well examined, information was clearly communicated. We recommend you to dentalessence. Go and experience a pleasant teeth check and treatment . Thank you.
The service provided was excellent. The staff were so helpful and caring. The dentist who treated me was thorough and very caring as was the lady who assisted. Overall, superb service. Thank you all very much.
