I have been with the Cuckfield Dental Practice for over 15 years and they have provided excellent care. The staff are always friendly and professional, from the receptionists to the dentists and dental nurses. I visited their hygienist, Rebecca, this week and was very impressed. She was extremely caring, thorough and careful not to cause any pain or discomfort at all. By far the best hygienist I have ever visited!
I recently attended an appointment with hygienist Rebecca and her dental assistant (whose name I neglected to record). Both had a reassuring professional manner which put me at my ease and Rebecca conducted a comprehensive and effective procedure causing minimal discomfort. She checked on my welfare frequently and kept me informed of the process and it's progress. While I will never be laying in a dentist's chair as a pastime the whole experience was not unpleasant. I will certainly be returning and would recommend her as a practitioner to anyone who might require a professional who goes th…
I have been with Cuckfield Dental Practice for many years now. My dentist is Hala and I have also been seen by Laura and Lucy recently. All have been so kind, gentle and patient with me especially when I have been emotional. They were very understanding . I'm sorry I don't remember the nurses names but they were also reassuring and kind. Also I would like to mention the ladies at reception... Especially Nicky who took my call on a tearful day and was so lovely to me and also Helen who was very reassuring. From start to finish our whole experience was excellent! Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. My two girls 7 and 11 years old had an appointment with Lucy and Amy (dentist) who were fabulous. Both Lucy and Amy interacted with the girls throughout informing them of everything they were doing and in a way they would understand. My girls left having had a great experience and asking when can we go back again!
