I’ve been trying to get an appointment at this dentist for over six months. Every time I have a scheduled appointment, they cancel last minute, sending me a text. I then have to call to reschedule, and it happens all over again—five times now. I also tried booking a hygienist appointment once, and I spent about 10 minutes going back and forth on the phone, only to be told I had to go into the dentist to book in person. It’s been incredibly frustrating and draining. I can’t recommend this dentist at all.
Reception and dentist were absolutely amazing with my twin boys. First time visiting the dentist and they put my boys at ease and were very patient with them. I would highly recommend. Thankyou Smile Dental Care
Don't bother phoning. The call either gets cut off or you sit at no.1 in the queue without it getting answered - I gave up after 28 minutes. I need a dentist for my son, so I phoned another 34 times. The line was busy, and then I sat in the queue for a further 15 minutes at no.2 without ever getting to position no.1 before giving up again. Terrible.
Could not have been more helpful. Cilla is always amazing and friendly and her assistant is wonderful too. Had pain saw me immediately and sorted problem along with medication. Would have been worse without their care.
