Excellent dental practice, so glad my family and I were able to register here. The dentist, Dr Lin, was very thorough, but gentle and explained exactly what treatment was necessary. Reception staff are always so friendly and greet you with a smile, even when they're extremely busy and under pressure. Sonia was lovely, very helpful and professional when dealing with my query. I phoned yesterday to enquire if they were taking on adult NHS patients and for some advice. The woman on the phone was super helpful and very friendly. I didn’t catch her name but she had an Irish accent. She made me feel very at ease. The advice was really helpful and we managed a good laugh too, she is a credit! If you know who this lady is please can you tell her I said thank you very much! I will register as a private patient when I return from my trip.

today I visited here for the first time. I have a real phobia of dentists and any dentistry work, I only go there when it's really necessary and can't put up with the pain anymore, from the moment I arrived I was put at ease by Michelle she explained everything to me and then took me through to see the dentist. Tara, when I told her about how scared I was again put me at ease from start to finish. they kept making sure that I was okay and comfortable and through the whole procedure I didn't feel a thing. I recently visited Magnolia Dentis for an urgent dental treatment and received exceptional service. They scheduled my appointment promptly for the very next day. The dentist, Tara, was outstanding professional, kind, and extremely thorough. She did everything possible to save my tooth and clearly explained all the available treatment options.
