I will give 5 stars for care and treatment I receive by Dr Hakeem. She is very friendly and is always caring. It always nice to be greeted by a smile and kindness even i don’t look forward to going to the dentist. Constructive feedback - I see that there are some comments about time keeping and not being seen on time. I understand that appointments run over schedule and sticking to a busy diary when each patient is different can be difficult but In this situation this wasn’t the case. Lovely dentist and receptionist, however, I am always on time for my children's appointments but they ALWAYS run over 30+ minutes late. If we were to be late by even 5 minutes it is an issue but for us to be waiting 30 minutes+ past our appointment time, it isn't seen as an issue. I have to leave work early for these appointments and lose pay only to be seen over 30+ minutes after the appointment time. Told by the receptionist that it's just the way itis. Maybe you could remove the policy you have in place for lateness of appointments by patients if you are always running late yourselves.

Staff were very professional and patient with me. The nurse was very upbeat and helpful whic was reassuring for me - as I am very good at panicking for no reason. That helped me calm down. I find it helpful the way Dr Barata explains the procedures before and after starting work on my teeth / gums.
