Got to my appointment 5 minutes early and was told they were running 15/20 minutes late. Waited 30 minutes after my appointment to ask how much longer, was told I was next then waited a further 10 minutes. I went into my appointment 40 minutes late. My dentist advised me to use interdental brushes and then suggested I should have my teeth straightened to help clean them (This is the first time she has mentioned this and have seen her many times before). Was an okay visit other than that.

The receptionist was lovely, very friendly and helpful, however every single time I’ve had an appointment the dentist Florina has been at least 20 minutes late!

Fantastic dentist practice. Got in quickly for emergency dental appointment and set up with there dental plan. First hygienist appointment with Fatima was so relaxing and as I've never been to a hygienist before was put at ease. Can highly recommend this company, the staff are friendly, welcoming and so polite. Will go above and beyond.

i have been seeing reza now for the past year, having a tooth removed, several infections, having moulds made for new teeth and answering all my questions and worries.
