Does not deserve a star, because one I went to see it and the reception gave me a telephone number to call on Thursday, I called the she told me again to call on Monday I I called again on Monday she called me again on Wednesday, imagine it continues like up to two months and even today I called it's the same thing she told me to call on Wednesday. If there are too many patients there is no problem, but on their site they say that they can take new patients, and a simple appointment with the dentist becomes a big problem. Awful, so I called 111 and this was one of the dentists that was recommended. I rang, was on hold for 20 minutes, the receptionist answered and asked if I was a patient. I simply stated I wasn't and that I needed an emergency appointment and was happy to pay, she then hung up! Absolutely shocking, I don't want anything to do with this Dentist surgery, have the courtesy to have some customer service skills! Absolutely shocking.
