Health and Smile Dental Practice

Thank you so much health and smile! Switching to these dentists from previously being stuck on the NHS waitlist has been amazing. The staff are warm and friendly, the dentist is an excellent listener and explains in simple terms the process first, checking multiple times if that i am doing okay throughout the entire process and was very patient answering any questions i had. With Health and smile, I felt at ease during my appointments and was able to easily book appointments on the phone and on the desk as they have availability to match my schedule.

I wish I had have read the reviews prior to going to this dentist. I went there in a highly anxious state, which she was made aware of. I had a concern about a spot on my tooth, which at first she advised was just a stain. Which I was very relieved as I wouldn’t need to get any costly work done on it. Then she changed her mind and said that it actually did need a partial replacement. She pushed for me to have it done then and there due to my anxiety. Once she started working on it she said the whole thing needed replacing and it may end up needing a root canal. In hindsight, I am not convin…

Would not recommend. Only come to this dentist if you want a crap dentist. Anything that was done to my teeth, made them worse. Any filling that was done, caused another problem. Never had any pain, or issues with my teeth until I started going here. I needed something doing every time I visited. Had swollen gum, never told me anything was wrong/to do anything with, swelling never went down until I went to another dentist to sort the problem out. Firstly read the negative reviews on here they are completely correct in what they are saying! When we first met Kusum we thought she was lovely. My mam has a condition called PSP this is a cross between Parkinson’s, and motor neurone disease, she is in her final stages so she is unable to walk or move and is also nearly non verbal. I rang the practice as I seen that they done home visits, Kusum came out and took the moulds and a few weeks later the teeth were done however they kept dropping down and were really uncomfortable.
