I recently had an apicectomy at MyDentist Hartlepool with Mihai Neacsu and his fantastic dental nurse, and the care I received was outstanding. Having previously been a patient at another well-known surgery in the town, where I often felt procedures weren’t properly explained and the focus was more on money than on care, the difference here has been like night and day. From my very first appointment, everything was explained clearly, I felt listened to, and I was reassured throughout. On the day of my procedure, I was put completely at ease. At last I can eat comfortably again, two sets of implants top and bottom working in harmony, they are worth every penny. The procedure was nowhere near as uncomfortable as I feared thanks to the skills of my dentist and dental nurse. They were friendly, reassuring and kept me informed about everything at every stage. The main procedure was swift and far less traumatic than a root canal ,with minimal discomfort after and excellent results.
Suddenly goes full private and makes all NHS patients pay, daughter tried to get a checkup but was told the dentist who usually sees her is no longer there... What difference does that make when she's a registered patient? Wouldn't send anyone here.
Fantastic service from the surgery. Receptionists very friendly and the dentist and assistant very reassuring. Would definetly recommend. 10/10
