Just been in to get a tooth taken out Charlotte and Claire were fantastic explaining everything as they went on and making me feel as comfortable as possible keep up the good work Girls.
I was fortunate enough to get a emergency appointment as my old dentist took me of there list. The office staff were welcoming and my appointment was on time. I was having trouble with a wisdom tooth and dentist recommended extraction, which went completely smoothly. However the 5 stars are for the manner the dentist and nurse put me at ease and made a procedure less stressful. Also the genuine professionalism of the dentist and care he gave was very appreciated. Brought my son to this dentist after our usual dentist stopped seeing patients after covid. My son quite clearly needs braces, but we had to wait for his final baby tooth to fall out. We were told to return before his scheduled check up if it came out before then as we would be referred to the orthodontist then. So we did just that. Last week my son was back in the dentist hoping for an orthodontist referral. To be told he has to wait another 6 months for his final two adult teeth to come through. He was in his check up for under 3 minutes, and told to wait again another 6 months. The rece…
I phoned up on the morning and was seen at lunch time the same day for emergency treatment on a loose filling. The dentist listened to what I had to say, and everything was sorted quickly and professionally. Anesthetic was given as soon as I said "ouch" once, a direct contrast to other selectively deaf dentists I've visited previously.
