Attended our first appointment with my 14yr old daughter for braces with Michael Riley. Simply outstanding communication skills from Michael. From the moment we entered the surgery room, I knew it would be a positive experience. Explained everything, all information was covered during the examination, and all my questions were answered. He helped my daughter feel relaxed, and in control of her choices. Thank you so much. Jo has given my daughter amazing reassurance at each appointment.
