Well, what can I say? Had a New Patient Appointment here today after being repeatedly traumatised & left petrified of dentists by my previous NHS dentist. Frances was amazingly thorough, understanding, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, non-judgemental & empathetic of my needs & situation, particularly in relation to me being disabled & the impact of that on my dental care. She seemed to understand the impact of the fear instilled in me from previous dental trauma & was in no way intimidating or scary, I immediately felt at ease with her. I have been going to the Dental Hub for a few years now. Their continuity is second to none, as is their patient care and attention to detail. Amanda my dentist is always so warm and welcoming. I recently wanted my teeth whitening for my wedding, and Amanda made me feel very reassured when booking this in with her. Everything is always explained so well and I always feel listened to if I have any concerns. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Harrogate for for dental treatment!

A great service for our whole family. 100% recommend. Sarantos Stafylas (dentist) is kind and thorough and Ellie Jarman (hygenist) is gentle which is much appreciated! The dental nurses are friendly, specifically Vanja Orlic and Jo Robinson really make us feel at ease. All four of us can have our check-ups in less than an hour which is super efficient. Great work!

Amazing practice. Have been a patient here for a while now and have been given amazing patient care. The receptionists, dentists and others are very welcoming and keep you at ease with lots of reassurance. Appointments are easily accessible. Would like to comment about care I was given a few years ago when my dentist suspected tongue ca (I forgotten the dentists name but she has left now). She took the situation very seriously, referred me to a specialist quickly and provided compassionate care when I came back from the investigation in Leeds with complications.
