I would personally like to share my experience being a patient at Swan Dental practice over the last 5 years. Service - 10/10 Staff Friendliness - 10/10 Location - 10/10 I cannot recommend this practice enough, from the attention to detail, to the treatments and the welcoming atmosphere upon entering. There is no other dental practice I would use in the area. Many thanks to the team at Swan, always putting your customers first.
I’ve had a few appointments with Danny over the last month or so to sort a troublesome tooth which thankfully Danny has been able to save for me. The staff are amazing and Danny couldn’t be more professional. I noted the previous review. I’ve never had a problem parking on the road nearby, just leave yourself a few extra minutes to find a space. I would highly recommend Swan Dental.
On the whole I have been satisfied with the care I have had over the last few years. However, car parking is an issue and has often caused me delays. Richard became very annoyed with me on my last visit because I was late again, due to lack of car parking. I found the ordeal very embarrassing and humiliating, he didn’t give me an opportunity to explain. So I left o will not go back there. His nursing and reception staff are absolutely lovely. He however, can be quite rude and impatient.
