South Park Dental Practice

I wouldn’t really award any stars whatsoever. They completely overcharge patients and suggest treatments that are not necessarily needed. I’ve noticed there’s a high turnover of staff. The best interests of patients is definitely not at the heart of how this business operates. Avoid this practice and find one that cares about their patients and staff.

South Park Dental Practice is a lovely practice. From the reception staff to the hygienists and dentists, they are all extremely friendly and helpful. My dentist, Mr Barnfather, in particular, is so very kind and explains everything he is doing when giving me treatment and why the treatment needs to be carried out. For someone who has always been a very nervous patient, this means a lot. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist but now it doesn't bother me. Very disappointed Dr Barnfather did not mention he was leaving. Very poor. Have been with the practice over 50 years so expected better. EDIT The response said they informed patients in advance before - they did not.

My two young children are patients here and they are well looked after by kind staff who make them feel comfortable and happy.
