I just wanted to say thank you so much to Liam, my sons dentist, for how you handled Liam yesterday, as I touched upon briefly before we left yesterday, I’ve never seen my son so equally trusting and calm with a relatively new person in his life and I actually got quite emotional seeing it. You’re an absolute credit to your profession and an amazing person, my son’s ADHD anxieties and fear of dentists was completely calmed by your cool and supportive attitude, the empathy shown through. I’ve been a patient at RF Dental for around 8 years and have always appreciated how understanding the practice has been of my dental anxiety, (this was the main reason I chose this particular dentist) Richard Frost was incredibly patient and very mindful of my fear around scaling and the ultrasonic cleaning machine. He would carefully remove plaque build-up by hand rather than using the ultrasonic cleaner, which helped me feel much more comfortable and allowed me to build a lot of trust over the years. I've had several root canal fillings before and (being a coward) wasn't looking forward to this one. The first visit involved numbing injections (mildly uncomfortable) and then 20 mins of jaw open whilst the tooth cavity was exposed and most of the gunge scraped out. No pain, then or afterwards! Not sure why I worried about it! Part 2 follows next week to complete the evacuation and seal the tooth. Perhaps I'd better reserve final judgement until after that, but absolutely delighted so far, thanks to the skill of Mr Richard Frost.

Brought my son here as he had a mouth trauma after falling off his pushbike a few days earlier. Luke not only did an amazing job in terms of dentistry but in terms of patient experience. He discussed everything he was doing but also why he was doing it. He explained the process step by step for my son and was so calming not only to him as a patient but also to me as a parent watching on. 5* doesn't do Luke and his practice justice if I could rate higher I absolutely would.
