Aaron Hirani and his assistant were very, very good at reassuring me before the procedure. It was the quickest extraction I have ever had. The dentist was very knowledgeable and showed high level of professionalism. I was back at work the next day after the extraction.

I’ve had a few negative experiences here now. The general feeling is that everybody is far too busy to speak to you. My last dentist appointment felt rushed and she didn’t seem best pleased when I asked a question. The receptionists talk to you like they’re a robot and that booking in an appointment is an inconvenience to them. Unfortunately, it’s one of the only NHS dentists available in the local area.

I was really nervous, Yasmin and her dental nurse were so kind and calming and explained everything. Makes all the difference when you're nervous. The whole practice gives you that welcoming feeling and reassurance.

Hajra is so welcoming and helpful, she is very informative through every step. She takes time and care and is always asking after and checking I’m ok through my procedure. I feel extremely relaxed and comfortable and safe in her hands and that of her assistant . This is definitely the best dentist surgery I have ever been with and I would highly recommend it .
