Our younger child has been coming here for years, and Dr Noor has been excellent in the way she both explains the treatment and then carries it out. Service has seldom been anything other than exemplary, particularly when we compare to the experience our older one has had at a different establishment. Would definitely recommend. At times the waiting area can be a bit busy, as they manage to see a steady stream of customers. Even so, the reception team do a grand job and try and accommodate changes to appointments where possible.
My brother had a great experience getting his braces here. The team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy and comfortable for him. His smile looks amazing now, and we’re really happy with the results. Highly recommend!
We love Addie, she's amazing, calm, and compassionate. You can see how much the progress and journey means to her as it does to the patient. We couldn't have been given a better orthodontic dentist. She's full of smiles every visit, she remembers past conversations and engages to relax you. We thank you and the team for all you've done.
My experience with Harpenden orthodontist was absolutely amazing. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. My orthodontist Dr Addie has helped me so much throughout the past 2-3 years even though I had problems with my teeth that required a lot of care and work. Words can’t describe how thankful I am.
