I had my initial check-up and hygiene clean with Mohammed, and it was a great experience. He explained everything clearly throughout the appointment and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I don’t usually leave a review until my treatment is fully complete, but on this occasion I felt it was worth making an exception. I’ve now had two treatments with Mohammad as part of my treatment plan and he has been outstanding. He is extremely thorough and professional and took the time to explain everything clearly from beginning to end. My wisdom tooth extraction was carried out very smoothly, making the experience far more comfortable than I expected. I would like to thank Mohammed and his assistant for the great work they have done since it was a very tricky treatment I received. I had a re-root canal treatment done by my dentist on a tooth with a crown. My dentist has done what she could but hasn't been able to clear the canals completely because the canals were calcificated. When I called Mohammed to get my appointment, he was confident he would be able to clear the canals despite calcification. I had an emergency appointment. Both Dentist Doctor Mohammad Isacc and Dental Nurse Tasfia were absolutely amazing from start to finish and both stayed on out of hours to complete my treatment as I only had a couple of days before heading off travelling. They both have excellent manners, so very patient, very kind, explain everything as they go along, reassure you throughout treatment and make you feel very safe.
