The bad reviews are 100% correct!! Very rude practice manager! Abbey maybe her name? Told me to get out and good luck with waiting again on the waiting list again! Slamming her hands down on the desk, then grabbing her head/hair with her hands! All because i said i needed to be out by 11.45 because of the car park? And this was because someone was in before me complaining about the practice cancelling their appointment at the same time as mine, she was fine with her but obviously took her anger out on me from that situation! First class service from start to finish. Delighted with the service. Email responsiveness quick and helpful Emergency appointments provided at short notice when required. Made optimal and successful effort not to remove any teeth before fitting brace. Teeth looking great and retainer provided quickly with 3D scan without issue. Appointments always on time. Receptionist staff helpful, friendly and efficient. Orthodontists great at their job. Teeth all good after 18 months. Highly recommend.

For my autistic son, Lyn, the orthodontist, was and is always amazing with him. Patient and caring understanding are helpful. Always went beyond to help. Definitely keeps him at ease. Definitely recommend. Thank you 👍😊

Top experience throughout for me personally. Would not use any other practice. Sent my wife there for her teeth treatment too and will do the same for my children if needed!! Staff are friendly, like family. Results amazing too!
