Refresh Dental Hampton

I had a really positive experience at this dental practice today. I’m quite anxious about going to the dentist, but the whole team were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which immediately put me at ease. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, and I never felt rushed or judged. They took the time to answer all my questions and worked with me to create a clear care plan going forward, which helped me feel much more in control and reassured. I HATE going to the dentist! But I have finally found one who I can completely trust and does fantastic work. Even though I’ve now moved to Cornwall, I’ll be keeping Refresh as my dentist when I’m up visiting. There are many things in place to make treatment as relaxing as possible including smart TV and headphones. I have enjoyed watching MasterChef the Professionals while getting my teeth done. Brilliant!

I came in for a check-up with my 1-year-old son, and the experience was fantastic from Patsy being friendly on reception to Mide and Charlie being incredibly patient, kind, and great with my little one in surgery. I was also taken care of as I was feeling quite anxious about a problem I was having, but they really put my mind at ease. Charlie took a scan of my teeth which was quick and pain free. Spotlessly clean and a lovely warm welcome. Ryan was exceptionally helpful and very friendly, put me at ease straight away, which is good as I am petrified of visiting the dentist. Would definitely recommend Refresh to anyone
