My daughter is registered with this dental practice, but the booking system is absolutely terrible. Phone calls involve extremely long waiting times, and I have never managed to speak to a receptionist in time. The automated system says you are number one in the queue with an estimated wait time of zero, yet no one ever answers. It's a very good practice centre with lively receptionists & very goid dentists. My own young dentist always reassures me. She is patient & kind in her treatment of me even with diificult ectraction & root canal work.😊😊. I am in a lot of pain every day with my own health problems but she makes me feel its all ok. Im very thankful for good attitudes & gteat treatment. Thankyou..

The dentists and hygienists provide excellent clinical care and are professional and friendly. However, the administrative side could use improvement. Appointments rescheduled over the phone are not always updated in the system. For example, in October 2025, my appointment was moved via phone, but when I arrived on the new date and time, I was told no booking existed. The team kindly accommodated me the next day, but it was inconvenient. I also witnessed a similar situation with another patient the following day.
