I had an excellent experience with this practice from start to finish. The service was absolutely seamless; professional, efficient, and welcoming throughout. Mr Scott was exceptional. I attended the surgery feeling very poorly with a very angry abscess. I was made to feel extremely comfortable and after a thorough consultation where I felt very ‘listened to’ I was all booked in for a root extraction with sedation the following week! The day of the surgery I arrived to a state of the art ‘dental theatre’ and was met by the same staff who explained the process and what would happen throughout. I had my wisdom tooth removed 4 days ago and was really nervous beforehand but it turns out I had no reason to be. I had IV sedation which means I don't remember any of the process and it all felt very calm and relaxed beforehand. I've not had any bruising or swelling since despite it being a complex procedure due to the position on the tooth, and the pain has been manageable and now almost gone. Thank you to Craig and the team for making it such a smooth and pain free process.
I cannot praise Dr Elle Carey and the team enough! Rang up Monday explaining I'm a nervous patient and needing sedation for a tooth extraction with an added complication of a blood clotting condition! I was lucky to get an appointment that morning to discuss my issues and have a scan, and due to having an INR reading taken that morning at the doctors, I was able to have the surgery that afternoon!
