After a traumatising experience with an NHS dentist failing to remove my wisdom tooth and being left in severe pain, Gwaeold-y-Garth got me a same day appointment. The team on the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. I was quick to be called in - no waiting or lateness! Having had a bad experience as a child, I've been afraid of dentist appointments. At my first visit the dentist did her upmost to calm me. It wasn't rushed at all. When I had extractions my fear was local injection but the way it was given with some numbing get I needn't have worried. I'm recovering now and I feel much better. I will continue more treatment soon. I have complete trust in my dentist now , she is very professional and kind.
