Smile Tech have been fabulous! Quick appointments and great dental work. The staff are helpful and polite and Sian on reception is super friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them going forward.
I’m really disappointed with this private dental practice. I started off happy, but it quickly became clear that they’re more focused on upselling than providing genuine care. A tooth was removed that absolutely didn’t need to be, a tooth was not properly repaired which destroyed my trust and left me in pain. Later, I booked a dental hygiene appointment, only for the dentist to take over the job and turn it as their sale when I came in for a check‑up. Smile Tech in Bluewater was my Saviour, I had been to my own dentist twice in 1 week for them to just take xrays but couldn't take my tooth out until the end of November! I was very emotional and in excruciating pain due to a cracked tooth there is no way I could go on another 41 days like this constantly living on pain relief and not sleeping or eating. I filled out the emergency form online for Smile Tech late Friday evening to receive a call back 8.45am the next day to give me an emergency appointment for that morning at 10am. First time visiting Smile Tech, absolutely over the moon with the service! The reception staff were brilliant, they answered all of my questions and Dr Abbas was incredible! I’d highly recommended visiting Smile Tech, I’m so happy I can’t wait to go back for my hygienist appointment shortly!
