My dentist, Dr. Hussain Almosawi, is truly one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. I had completely lost hope in my teeth and was just waiting to have two of them removed. We had an appointment for our autistic nonverbal son on 8th at 3pm at Greenhithe dental surgery. Dentist and the Nurse were fantastic as always. But the Receptionist who work there was not helpful or not pleasant. My son was running towards the toilet as soon as he entered the surgery and Dad had to go after him for his and others safety. So i myself ( Mother) gave the appointment details to the receptionist. Her facial expression was very unhelpful and not pleasant and she didn’t want to understand or ask about my son’s behaviour in a helpful way. That is not very good at all. We were not…
