⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We just want to say a huge thank you to Lou, the receptionist at James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She truly went above and beyond for me and my wife during what was quite a stressful and emotional time. Lou showed real kindness, patience, and understanding when we needed it most. She helped us find a quiet, private room so my wife could breastfeed comfortably, which meant so much to us in that moment. It might seem like a small thing to some, but to us it was a massive help and showed genuine care and compassion. Thank you, Lou, for your support and for treat…

I was admitted last wed for Gynae surgery. Pre this my outpatient experience was excellent , Mr Abdullahi and his nurses were efficient, professional and kind. My husband was taken into the James paget hospital in February he was very unwell. The are he received on wards 15 and 22 went above and beyond. The kindness and care shown was immense. Our thank you to all the staff that looked after him.

Dad is now lying in hospital, half the size he was and a week to love if that. From a man who was happily working on his home in October to this. Different doctor every time. Promises of this and that and lies. We are even having to argue for treatment for pain because times weren't recorded properly. Go private please if you want any sort of action. Don't…
