I had a really positive experience here following a difficult extraction that needed two appointments. They even opened especially for me on a Saturday as an emergency, which I was so grateful for. I’m a very anxious patient, but the dentist and nurse were incredibly kind and reassuring. They explained everything clearly, talked me through the procedure, and made sure I felt in control the whole time. As new patients my husband and I found our first experience of Smile very satisfactory. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly receptionist into a small but comfortable and tastefully furnished reception area with a very clean toilet. The dentist and hygienist were friendly and efficient and immediately put us at ease. It is a small, fairly recently established practice ( I believe just the 3 of them) but, as the saying goes - ‘ jewels come in small packages’. Had a hygienist appointment and the staff were incredibly calming and kind. I have a huge fear of the dentist, but they put me at ease, were quick and explained everything. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Very friendly receptionist, waiting area is clean and extremely comfortable. Sarah the hygienist and her nurse are friendly and professional. My teeth are the best they have been and i wouldn't use anyone else. I would highly recommend Smile.
