I can't thank you enough for the removal of that bad tooth which had drove me mad for so long plus with my anxiety my visit was really pleasant and claiming the dentist gave step by step of what was going to happen before it happened spoke in a very claiming voice and was always asking was everything ok my visit was outstanding 100% totally happy 👍👍 thank you
Couple months ago called multiple times for days and they never pick up the phone. Ended up going there and spending over an hour to get an emergency appointment for my partner and there were two receptionists sitting there. Mentioned that I've been calling and no one was picking up, didn't receive an apology or an explanation. Seems like they are ignoring calls on purpose. Tried calling them today to cancel appointment, but again, no answer.
Great experience! Always very thorough and make me and my children feel comfortable!
I've just had another appointment with Sarah Diamond and her nurse. Sarah is still amazingly great at calming nerves and relaxing me and excellent in advising and explaining it all. Very professional too. Her nurse today was wonderful, made me very comfortable through all the work she was doing. Really grateful. Last review was when I was saying Sarah Diamond and her nurse Soni were great at making me feel at ease, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed.
