I would like to take a moment to recognise the wonderful receptionist Helen who made such a positive impression on me. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, warm, and professional. The moment you walked into the clinic, the atmosphere is amazing. The receptionists/admin ladies were amazing. They're welcoming and warm. New patient's questionnaires are short and easy which were done and completed using an Ipad/tablet. Then I was called and greeted by Deepika and her assistant. Both are lovely, lovely and amazing ladies. Both are very friendly and approachable. Very professional and gentle. Both made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. So it was a great visit..and as a new patient, I am extra impressed of the treatment/service I have received. Brilliant experience.. I …
Saw the dentist Varsha Joshi. She was so kind and gentle. Gave me good advice and I felt relaxed at the appointment. Would def recommend her. Then saw the hygienist Ahmer Usmani although was very nervous and have super sensitive teeth. He was also gentle and kind and I really appreciated the time he took to talk and reassure me at first.
My dental check was a very pleasant experience. My dentist was very pleasant and informative with sound advice. The dental nurse/assisting was also very pleasant. The receptionist was extremely pleasant, very helpful and understanding for a person of my old age, 80, and dithering.
