I visited PMA Dentist in Gravesend in December 2025 for a routine check-up. The dentist did no cleaning or treatment at all, just a very brief look at my teeth and told me everything was “okay” — which I already knew but would not have minded a professional cleaning. Despite this, I was charged £27 for essentially nothing. My husband attended today for his check-up and had a very similar experience. Again, no cleaning or treatment, just told to book a separate gum treatment appointment, and £27 was paid to them. This practice is gradually becoming a rip-off. Patients are paying for check-up…
I am very happy with the service provided by PMA Dental Care. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dentist Sunita is very professional and made me feel at ease during my appointments. I would highly recommend!
Hygienist Hamzah very professional and a pain free appointment, very happy with the clean and also gave me loads of advice. Pma have always been a very good dentist and plenty of customer after care
I came to PMA Dental Care to register. This was my first time to register at a dentist in UK. I was welcomed and warmly instructed to put my name on the waiting list. The lady there also asked if i had any pain and gave me number to call in case i need help. Really appreciated the kind help and information.
