As an incredibly anxious patient I came here as it had been recommended by a family member. I hadn't visited a dentist in 5 years, have a lot of complicated health conditions and have autism. My teeth are in bad condition and I have punished myself for years due to the guilt. This dentist was disrespectful, rude and gave unsolicited medical advice regarding type 1 diabetes which she is not educated to do (told me I should not be using lucozades to treat low blood sugars and shouldn't even be having low blood sugars if my bloods were well controlled). I was upfront about my phobia of dentist…
Really pleased with the care I have recieved, I happy with the work they have done, and the plans for my healthy future teeth, I can be very nervous/tearful but im always looked after when I'm in the chair, thank you.
Amazing first visit to Bespoke Dental and also first visit to a private practice. Firstly, I received a consultation for my teeth whitening procedure which was a lovely touch not offered my previous NHS practices. All the staff were warm and welcoming, and I instantly felt relaxed and at ease. I had my appointment with dentist Michaella Karim who was so knowledgeable and was happy to answer all of my questions, taking time to go through the teeth whitening process in detail.
