I was told I was going to get a call back, receptionist is so quiet like a mouse, make you feel not welcome and by surprise didn’t call me back. Ive had to take legal action due to unprofessional activity. They say if you have 2 cancellations whereas it is usually 3 then they just take you off the system with no explanation or no phone call to actually let you know meaning I’ve been waiting for an appointment without knowing they just took me off the system. There were no terms and conditions when you apply to go to them. Thought they were decent at first. Such a letdown. And to be fair …

Super service at a great price. Dr. Kash has been brilliant and informative. I recently had an extraction that was carried out very smoothly. I was then given a courtesy call to ask how I was doing. You really do feel cared for as a patient.

Unsatisfactory service, they seem to have only two staff working to save costs so they rush each treatment and session. Only care about the money. Wouldn’t recommend
