I never write reviews, however I felt compelled to write one today to say a huge thanks to Shaji and Amy for being able to fix my front broken crown (had the old one done 45 years ago!!). The whole procedure was done in a very calm, professional manner and I am delighted with the end product, so much so, I'm having another crown replacement to match the new one. Fabulous dental practice ... the care is always personal. Our family have been with this practice for over 20 years and we wouldn't move anywhere else. Trudi is a great hygienist - gives good advice and is very gentle with my regular sessions. We haven't been with Dr Andrews for long as our previous dentist retired, but trust his advice entirely.
I have been a patient of this practice for 58 years. Throughout that time I have considered my treatment to have been exemplary: professional, understanding, caring and considerate. The hygienists have been wonderful. The reception staff, too, have been faultless in their administrative duties both on the phone and face-to-face at the desk. But, as another patient has alluded to, in the last 6 years, I have been seen by the same number of dentists - in contrast, for the first 52 years, I had just 2! After more than 30 years as a patient at Norfolk House the treatment and care was as outstanding as ever. I particularly appreciated Jo's (the hygienist) advice for managing a dry mouth which was new to me.
