Guy Bailey is clearly a very competent and professional dentist. But more than that he communicates clearly, explaining what he is doing in terms I understand, offering options, and adapting his plan where needed. He's chatty and friendly which makes the process easy and stress free. His nurse Georgia makes up a really good team and she shares with Guy an easy manner and engaging personality. I've been a patient at Cotteswold House for a couple of years now, and under Guy for implants for the last few months and I'm thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended.
Lovely kind friendly practice. Reception staff very helpful. Olivia was brilliant during a first tooth extraction and it was a complicated one. Very calming, reassuring, gentle, professional and confident. Kept me informed and reassured throughout but not over the top and just got on with it. Great experience!
I had to have my wisdom tooth removed, and was dreading it, as I’ve had some really horrible experiences with tooth extraction. But the dentist was very reassuring and through with explaining everything. She numbed my gum , then waited for the gum to be really numb, before extracting the tooth. It all went very smoothly, with very little bleeding. If only all of my previous experiences had been so good.
I had a great experience at Cotteswold House Dental Care. The whole team were so lovely and made my appointment feel calm and stress-free. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very well looked after. Highly recommend!
