Friendly and efficient dental practice. Extremely helpful. I like the iPad method of inputting medical data provided by Reception. I have the enhanced plan (£26.59) and although I’ve been advised that I could drop to the general plan (£15 pm) I prefer having two dental checks and two hygienist checks a year. Given that dental surgeries can be stressful by very definition, I always enjoy the calm and peace I find here. A truly great team. KW

Emergency appointment today to repair crown. Given same day appointment . Treated with professionalism and empathy for my dental requirement. Even apologetic for the cost ! Did everything they could to fit me in for the second long appointment needed despite being fully booked up. Great rapport within the team which was great to see. Thank you !

Not a great first impression for a new patient/customer/client. No answer for 22 minutes, despite being told I was in position 1 in the phone queue. Eventually pressed 1 to leave a message, but eventually told 'this person's inbox is full.' Second attempt - on hold for 41 minutes, while being told I was position 1 in the queue. Again, I was repeatedly told someone would be with me shortly, but to press 1 if I wanted to leave a message. After wasting an hour, I pressed 1 to hear the same full inbox message. I wouldn't waste your time trying to get through to these guys.
