Low Fell Caring Dental Practice

Been for the first time the other day. I was super early so sat for my appointment and I must say the whole place was very efficient and smooth. One lady arrived and had came to the wrong location she was ment to be at heaton. The receptionist called the heaton clinic to cancel for the lady and she was registered there and then and even squeezed in so she didn’t have to come back. Everybody was in and out on time. Came in last Thursday to get some fillings. Never had a filling for the tooth that's actually been causing me issues and now been told I need to wait 6 months just for a consultation for it. One of the teeth that was filled in (that wasn't causing any pain before) is now causing me issues everyday, more than a week later. It hurts to eat and it's sensitive - again, problems that I never had before my visit. Also had some x-rays where 2 of them "got stuck" in the printer, so I'm guessing the dental therapist has done something he shouldn't have before looking at the x-rays. I don't understa…

Have just seen Rishi for my check up and treatment. He was excellent. Very thorough explaining everything to me and showing me my X-rays. I felt in safe hands and he gave me great after care advice as well
