Lewis was (as always) professional, friendly, and made me and my kids feel completely at ease throughout our appointment. The dental hygienist was also excellent — very gentle but thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and made booking appointments quick and easy. Overall, a great team who provide fantastic care and customer service. I would highly recommend this practice.
Lewis explained me everything in detail and also suggested the best treatments keeping my situation in mind. He is very polite and kind. Karan at the desk was very accommodating and helped me get my appointment sorted. Love the place and the service. Highly recommended!
Spent 40 years avoiding dentists due to a bad experience until I had no choice. I plucked up the courage to go to bupa dental care gateshead. Thanks to them I am totally over my dental phobia they all put me at ease with there professional friendly attitude. Starting with the reception team hygienist and dentist just brilliant knowledgeable service from all highly recommend
