Front desk staff went above and beyond to make sure I got answers to, and advice about, my concerns today. As well as being clearly knowledgeable herself - that was obvious by the questions she asked me - Grace sought out further info and advice from my dentist, right at the end of a Friday, and called me back in what I'm pretty sure was after official closing hours. Kind, empathic, professional. (As is, Chris, the dentist I use there too - and, in fact, so is the hygienist).

Emily was lovely. Gentle and patient which hasn’t always been my experience of hygienists in the past. Dominic as always was very professional and welcoming. The builders were talking unnecessarily loudly but it didn’t harm the experience too much.

Second visit and both times received efficient, professional service by everyone. Today Chris for dental check-up and Emily for hygienist. Both appointments with beautifully gentle and caring touch, constantly checking I am ok, informing me in simple talk about what they are doing. Wonderful experience. I also appreciate the ease with which you can park on site.

I was happy with the service I received from the Dentist and hygienist but I was not happy that I could not arrange future back to back appointments. It is not convenient for me to attend on two separate days and for that reason I am planning to change my dentist. It is a shame because I have been with the dentist for many years.
