I’ve been going to Catherine Court Dentistry for a while now, and honestly, they're just fantastic. They are always incredibly professional, but in a really warm and welcoming way. I have been a customer at Catherine Court Dentistry since 1983, which should confirm my complete satisfaction with the service. The transition when Neil Shad arrived after a short while was seamless, and I confirm that he and his colleagues are extremely competent and very personable. The treatments and service have developed over the years as technology has moved on, and I am pleased to be a valued customer.

I’ve been a patient of Neil Shad for over ten years and have always received excellent treatment including an implant. At my routine check up last week I told him to go easy as I had suffered a bereavement and was in a bad way. He referred me to his colleague Lydia who is part of the Health Connections Team (which I had never heard of) and within ten minutes I was talking to someone at Frome Medical practice. Since then I have been made aware of the different therapies available for grief. I’m very grateful to Neil and Lydia for their guidance and kindness at this difficult time in my life.

I was visiting my daughter and a day into the trip I developed excruciating pain in my jaw. I was very impressed with the surgery from the very first phone call when they gave me an emergency appointment the very next morning. From the moment I arrived they were knowledgable, empathetic and professional and friendly. If I lived lived here this would be the dentist I would use. As it is, my daughter just said she would move her whole family to this practice.
