I initially visited Adrian and his team following an emergency via NHS 111 in August. When two local dentists then declined to complete my root-canal treatment at reasonable cost, I returned to West Street. The surgery went above and beyond: Adrian arranged two back-to-back appointments and stayed open slightly later to ensure the treatment was completed. He took multiple X-rays, explained his findings at each stage, and overall provided clear, open and transparent care.
