Vergam Dental Practice

The best dental practice I have ever been registered at. Staff are all very welcoming but still professional. They always do their best to give suitable appointment times and I'm never kept waiting for more than a few minutes. The dentist herself (Corrine) always explains everything during the procedure and gives me good advice on looking after my teeth. She is never rough or impatient. The place is also spotless. I use to fear going to the dentist from a bad experience many years ago but I don't have that anymore, so thank you.

We've been with this practice for a couple of years now as private patients (having lost our previous NHS dentist) and have found them to be excellent. Friendly, professional staff and always an appointment when we've needed one.

I've been a patient here for some years. Always excellent treatments, options clearly explained, cost not too bad, polite and obviously competent staff. Only downside is you can wait a long time to get an appointment because they're so busy.

Chipped a tooth on Friday night ,very worried. Emailed the practice with details .Before I could dial 9am on Monday to ask for help ,they phoned me ,gained more details and promised to ring back .Which they did. I failed to hear the call so it was followed up with two friendly emails and a voicemail with a same day appointment. Efficient ,kind, professional .Problem resolved with clear explanation of work done and what could happen in the future if similar happens.
