Ferryhill Dental Health Centre

I have been using this dentist for years as burgess and Hyder. Changed to westmount and went private. I stayed with them and paid £30 per month for me and £10 per month for my 14 year old daughter. Maxine is our dentist and has always been amazing. Fast forward to now and under my plan I expect 4 teeth cleans per year due to gum issues. That’s a least an appointment every 3 months. Teeth were cleaned in July 25 and then my next appointment was oct/nov. No teeth cleaned but checked. Visited yesterday for a routine check up & hygiene appointment. Greeted at reception by a friendly, professional young lady, Courtney, also accompanied by Denise, who was dealing with other patients, but still managed a greeting & a smile. My dentist Zaara was excellent as always, very thorough & informative & listens to your concerns, alongside her professional, calming nurse Naomi. Also, the refurbished interior of the practice is 5 star!

I returned to this location after about 1 year. I was very pleasantly impressed with what I found now. The interior has been renovated and looks very cool, everything is new and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff, the ladies at the reception, the nurses and the doctors. The whole procedure was explained to my son before the execution and thus that kind of stress for the children was eliminated. I would gladly recommend.

Maxine, is just brilliant makes me feel at ease , talks you thru all she's doing , and offers the advice I need and much appreciate ,thankyou for maxine 😀
