Whilst attending an appointment with my partner, an elderly lady was attempting to make an appointment. She was informed that there were no physical appointments available, only phone appointments. The elderly woman was in slight distress and expressing the pain she was in was severe and she desperately needed an in-person appointment. The majority of doctors and staff that I had encountered in the surgery, were very pleasant. The receptionist however, spoke to this elderly lady with one of the worst attitudes I have ever witnessed. Utterly rude, dismissive and very disrespectful. Literall…
Today I went to see one of the nurses and she made me feel such at ease I was so anxious about getting my birthmark removed on my scalp as it itches and bleeds when I pick it I'm always wearing the same hairstyle in bun alk the time or used to wear extensions to hide my birthmark on my head , fingers crossed my next appointment gets rid of it all properly and yes I know it will leave a scar Thank u to the nurse today I felt less anxious on getting my birth mark done now I'm always hiding it away
If it wasn't for ladies at the reception that are lovely I would've given it a 0/5.I would not recommend this place if you have any mental health issues or a chronic condition. Having dealt with numerous hospitals and medical practices, this is by far the worse place I have ever experienced. I should have done more research and looked at the reviews to avoid such a bad experience.
Disgusting. The most accurate Term to describe Chilton Medical Practice. While I understand Chilton is a "lower-income" area, its Residents including myself should not be trodden upon as Chilton Medical Practice repeatedly do. For example and by my example, I am severely disabled as well as Asthmatic reliant on my Blue Inhaler every single day during the Winter periods.
