Following intense toothache following my tooth breaking and exposing the nerve, I contacted the practice to arrange an emergency appointment to have the affected tooth removed. An appointment was arranged for the same day which was a godsend. On arrival the staff were welcoming and the waiting room was clean and comfortable. My appointment was with Johnathon and he was lovely. We discussed what was happening and the options where I felt welcome and my opinions heard.
